• Manage customer accounts, deposits, and withdrawals
• Generate reports and export data
• Maintain audit trails for your business records

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineering or scraping the platform
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with infrastructure
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Fayande. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the services.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Fayande performs calculations based on the information you provide.

Fayande maintains an immutable audit trail of all actions. This log cannot be edited or deleted by any user, including administrators. This is a core security feature designed to ensure data integrity and accountability.

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security patches with reasonable notice when possible.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on platform data or reports

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Gambia.
